we used to think that twenty nine was like WOW, can die man. but now, not anymore. we have got FOUR HUNDRED! thats like WOW times 13 times or so!

so you think twenty nine is a big number, we have four hundred here. not oranges, not books, not whiteboards. it covers 48km. we have four hundred suicide runs to do.

at the end of it all, i will be mega proud to say "i have gone through four hundred suicide runs with this team"

we are gonna emerge stronger and better, fitter and faster. we are gonna get through this together and win together. we will be there at toa payoh sports hall, and we are gonna be so fit and so fast and, we are gonna be the champs.
